The culture at Deserres is "the customer before everything". If you're about to cure cancer, but a customer needs to know where to find a certain pencil; you need to stop what you're doing and help them.
You need patience to work at Deserres. Customers will be rude sometimes and you need to try to keep positive and go on with your day helping other customers.
Apart from your main job: customer service, you do stocking. Often times you'll run out of space in over-stock and you'll have to find space and do some problem-solving. Same applies when you are putting products on shelves.
All-in-all, I do recommend working here. You'll get well treated as an employee and the team is great, which really makes you feel like you're a part of something.
