Derhak Ireland is an actual 'Search' firm, (not a Recruiting firm) and our application process is very rigorous including a five step application, assessment, interview and presentation process.
Once you have submitted your resume, within 24 hours, you'll receive an invitation to do a RoleFit assessment profile, which evaluates your suitability for this position. This allows us to compare you with the other applicants, though we use it as a guideline together with your education and experience. It has been third party validated to be 80%+ accurate, the best in its class.
The third step is an assessment of candidate resumes, notes and RoleFit profiles by Derhak Search Partners and staff to determine our round one candidate interview list. The fourth step is a 1.5-2 hour in-person interview with two Derhak Search Partners, where candidates will be provided with a complete Briefing Document about our client, their business plans and this position.
Can/CSA Q830 Privacy Certification:
Derhak Ireland is Canada’s only Privacy Certified Search or Recruiting firm and as such; we will not release any information about you to our client or anyone outside of our immediate staff without your written permission.
The RoleFit survey is shorter and easier to complete than some of the other more in-depth Personality Profile or Assessment tools that we use. We normally use the RoleFit as a discussion piece with our candidates at their first interview. We use it to get a better understanding of who you are and how well you feel that the test reflects the real you.
We do not use the RoleFit or any of our other assessment tools or tests as a standalone, hiring decision tool.
Thank you for your time and interest in this opportunity!
