I worked for the company when it was Sears Dental, as an assistant and treatment coordinator. All i have to say is stay away. This place only cares about the bottom line and meeting theirs goals. The managers encourage this because they get a bonus. Doctors & staff are like a revolving door because the work enviornment & pay are horrible. Long hours – more... with 15-20 min lunches (if at all) and no breaks. Manager would alter time clocks to prevent over time. ( illegal, by the way.) Work and scheduled overloaded, with walk in patients at any time. Doctors are paid by how much they produce in a day, so often treatment is exaggerated, or downright unethical. Then you have 3-4 people at a time, they do sub par treatment and move on to the next. There were a few docs there that did excellent work, but they dont stay because its an horrible place to work, and they are easily overwhelmed. Two words, stay away! Keep your sanity. – less

The doctors were really nice to the staff and the patients. All of us worked as a team and enjoyed helping one another. Learned a lot while I worked there and was very disappointed when I had to leave the company for medical reasons at the time.
Management was run very well, was very involved with not only the staff but also with the patients problems – more... and concerns. Keep enjoyment of working there. – less
