I've worked at dematic for almost 30yrs, I enjoyed my first 25yrs It was a great place to work, then new management took over, and in my opinion there running the place into the ground. they built a factory in mexico, I'm guessing 1 yr from now they will be doing business from there.

working in the maintenance dept. means that a typical day here is usually gone before you know it. I have acquired some new knowledge of cranes and conveyors since I have been here. most all employee's are good people here in the facility. the management here needs flushed out and replaced but hey that's why there are new jobs out there for us to find and move into.

I was a production worker who operated varies machines. You were excepted to run 100% although I did not hit the goals everyday. I was never written up for a lack of production or was I ever written up for anything including Attendance. I worked at the company for eighteen years an made friends out of my supervisors for they knew I was a dependable worker who put his best foot forward.

I really enjoyed what I was doing I felt like I was making a difference. I enjoyed the safe environment. I always make sure that I work safe. Learning to work a CNC machine was easy because I had a lead man that new a lot about the machines show me how to work them. Dematice has a great friendly work environment.

it was a good place to work for they employed me for three years I cant complain about the insurance. the only thing I don't like is the work load is not steady year-round meaning I was laid off twice.
