Position: Fitness Attendant
Reports to: Fitness Centre Manager
Meets and greets guests in a prompt courteous manner and maintains standards of service and guest satisfaction as well as performing various administrative duties.
Responsible for opening and closing of the facility.
Collection of any daily revenue charges made by members/hotel guests.
Booking of all squash/treadmill/bowling facilities.
To greet and check in each member/hotel guest that enter the club, make them aware of rules and regulations such as no smoking or alcohol, 19 years or older to be allowed to use cardio or gym equipment, etc.
The enforcement of the general operating rules (i.e. age limit on using fitness equipment and pool, whirlpool, sauna) inside the fitness, squash and recreation facilities.
Responsible for swimming pool/whirlpool testing, tidy pool deck and permanent oversee of general cleanliness of facility.
Responsible for correct dealing and handling emergency situations, reporting and recording the information in any case of injury or other incidents during his/her shift.
Process memberships that are sold on a daily basis.
Balance daily revenues and receipts.
Deal with customer concerns when required and ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Note: Associate will abide by the specific performance standards for their department as communicated to them by their manager.
Education/ Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and some customer service experience.

Working Conditions: Must be available to work evening (2-10 pm) holiday and weekend shifts or flexible shifts.
