Lead bi-weekly training calls for experienced new hires across the US in all Services Lines on Resource Management to help onboard new hires on internal systems, resume template creation, utilization goals, networking and performance management. Lead live training monthly for local new hires.
Create, analyze and speak to metrics reports for weekly calls regarding headcount, utilization, variance, forecast and current and future availability.
Volunteer for extra activities. – less
