Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer (Former Employee), Wisbech, ENGApril 7, 2014
1 Very busy with both breakdown and planned Maintenance. 2 So long as you pulled your weight you would get along OK. 3. Management Knew the Business they were in and the pressures upon them to get the product out of the door on time. 4.My co-workers were good chaps to work with. The usual back biting and Banter found in all workshops. 5.The hardest – more... part of the job was working a 4 on. 4 off .12 hour night shift, Probably would not have been so bad if I was a little younger. – less

Overall Poor effective use of resources, team effort and communication
Office Clerk (Former Employee), Santa Fe Spgs, CAMarch 2, 2013
Cons: 2% pay, management, coordination, communication
This particular location has an extreme lack of coordination in every department. From the warehouse, sales and their office. The Sales office is like a shark tank, high cut throat and no teamwork at all. The hardest part was trying to learn a system that everyone kept describing as difficult. Let me judge it on my own, before you start your uncalled – more... for biases about what I need to learn. It totally diminished my morale. There is a high turnover rate in the corporate office so every once in a while, you'll get a nasty email describing something you did was done in error. Yet 90% of the time its them not understanding their job. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I understand the difficulty of landing a job in this economy, especially if you are looking to grow. There is no space to grow in the Santa Fe Springs Office. Once you learn something management's goal is to keep you there for as long as you decide you actually don't want to be squished into pulp from all the pressure of keeping company secrets. Although my pay was crumby, and my manager promised things they were not able to fulfill, I was able to handle a lot of my family issues that arose during my tenure there. – less

But not very well managed. Corporate offices are in Miami and literally, everybody there speaks Spanish. Corporate culture is definitely affected by that. And I'm Hispanic!

my work ethnics are hard working and dependable. (Former Employee), Jessup MarylandMarch 12, 2012
Pros: no excitement no bonuses no great job values.
Cons: breaks are when you desire.
I will not recommend any of my friends to work at this site for future goals. The atmosphere is tight, our GM uses profane language all the time. I just wasn't happy working with this company.
