If you are a customer service dynamo with proven administrative talent, then we want you to join our Calgary team as our Customer Service/Administration Coordinator. You will provide exemplary customer service to our valued customers, and internally to DEKORA colleagues by supporting, assisting and coordinating the efforts of staging staff. Reporting to our Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Project coordination: staffing and logistics/scheduling for staging projects in collaboration with our Operations Manager; preparing project contracts and reports, and maintaining project files
- Customer Sales & Service: assisting customers with telephone and email inquiries; liaising with clients to ensure project fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Office systems, record keeping & documentation: using Salesforce.com to track projects and maintain records; processing timesheets, expense reports and invoicing; ordering office supplies
Our successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. You will have a minimum of 2 years of related experience using Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) and maintaining databases. You must have exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
