Dean Group is recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client in Woodstock. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Reporting to the Controller as part of a small team, this individual will work alongside internal and external customers to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and control Accounts Payable process, including matching of PO’s to orders, verification of invoices for accuracy, date entry for orders
  • Process customer payments and oversee customer invoicing
  • Manage company’s payroll and benefit programs—front-end payroll, benefit communication with employees
  • Review and approve sales orders, verifying prices
  • Ordering of all office supplies and equipment
  • Other administrative tasks including reception back-up

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, responsible for their own work, detail oriented, and have a willingness to learn. They will also possess the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree from a College or University
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Preference will be given to individuals with experience working in automotive or manufacturing industries
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel—pivot tables, complex spreadsheets
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is an asset
