Welder/Fitter (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 13 March 2017
They want certified welders but the company isn't certified so it's a waste of time if you're certified. It'll be a long time before company is close to be certified. Very high turnover of welders. If you've been working in certified companies then you'll know more than welding supervisor. Most of the people are friendly. People have worked there for yrs without pay increase. This company is only good for a paycheck for a short period of time at least for welders. Don't get blueprints/drawings for welders get finished inspection drawing
Associate (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 2 January 2017
Working for this company gets you very convinced in the early stages that they are going to be going somewhere in the future. This goes away rapidly as you realized the average associate their on the floor has worked for the company for an average of 5 years or less. Very few make it past 10 years, due to either they get bought out or they quit because they really do not like the culture their. The company has really lost their ways and keep going to circles. If you are a thinker and want to make a positive difference in a company then I suggest you not work here but if your a donkey and all you want to do is just make some extra cash in your pocket then this place is really good for you.
Receptionist - Senior Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 23 April 2015
A typical day at work was fast paced at time. Had to learn how to prioritize to be able to accomplish my duties on time. Management were always there to provide me with their help. My co-workers were great people to work with. The hardest part of my job was the travel time to and from work. I loved being at the hub of the company and greeting the public. Really enjoyed the busy pace of Reception.
Very flexible when needed for personal appointments. i.e. Doctor appointments, etc.
Suffering Automotive industry struggling to keep their company afloat.
