Company to too top heavy with management. Never happy they always want more more more. Training was dependent on your coworkers to provide and they are actually your competition for the most part so obviously bare minimum of training provided. You had to know how to work the system to your advantage or be the bosses "favorite" to be successful which was difficult to do with the poor training provided. Systems and processes were ridiculously repetitive and unnecessary. Micro managed to death. Too many others allowed to encroach on your territory making success almost impossible. Think twice before you apply!!!

This company is extremely disorganized in all departments. The management team is what needs to change. Lying and turning employees against each other for entrainment purposes will not make your team thrive and be successful. They will tell you to your face that you are doing well-but will belittle and destroy your work ethic behind your back. You exhaust yourself to do a high intensity job to barely get over minimum wage, or a simple thank you. Favoritism was also common. There was nobody to turn to for advice or have in your corner if something was wrong. Go elsewhere, honestly you’ll be much more appreciated. This company could potentially thrive, but a desperate need in management and supervisors needs to happen.
