We operate in more than 80 terminals and other operations across Canada and the United States.
Reporting to the Terminal Manager, you must have 3-5 years background coupled with the demonstrated ability to manage an office environment with direct reports, while also being able to work within a team to improve current processes.
The following are but a sample of the job duties and responsibilities:
- Manages and supervises all admin staff.
- Oversees Terminal administrative processes and procedures to ensure these are completed.
- Dashboard reporting and cause coding. Review late appointments to ensure no data entry errors. Review errors with staff.
- Supervision of all customer service aspects.
- Oversee Payables and PO’s for timely completion and accuracy.
You have a leadership style that is firm and goal oriented; one that motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way. Your emphasis is on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups in a poised and persuasive communication style.
Because the pace of the work is faster than average, the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognizing and adapting to changing conditions is critical. The scope of the job will require effective delegation to proven people but with responsibility for follow up and accountability for timely results.
