Fredericton, New Brunswick serving project sites in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
Principle Duties
Generating Payroll timesheets
Generating Purchase requisitions
Accounts payable duties including matching packing slips to invoices / purchase orders for payment
Providing general administrative support for team
Fielding of telephone calls, filing, and data entry
Maintaining report of employee training needs
Managing resume database
Education and Experience
We are seeking an individual who is professional and responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Fluency in French is considered an asset), coupled with a confident and professional demeanor are required; as is the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Being flexible, organized, and maintaining attention to detail and accuracy is equally important for this position.
The successful candidate will have intermediate skills in Excel, Word, accounting software and be comfortable with the challenges of learning other technological applications.
