Role Overview

DVAI is the Premier IT Managed Services organization in the Ottawa Market for Small to Medium Size Businesses. Since 1999, DVAI has been serving with strategic IT planning, 7x24 monitoring, remote help desk, on-site support, disaster recovery, backup management, security management, wireless and Voice over IP telephone systems and many more. We are expanding our operations in the Toronto area and we are looking for someone that would be an asset to our growing company.

Desired skills and competencies:

-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 7 years in IT Managed Services
- Must have a strong IT Technical background
- Understand and know the selling techniques to sell manage services
-Must be able to have/perform high levels of collaboration with other corporate resource
-Strong ability to become a trusted advisor to prospective clients and close them into new customers.
-Support organization by identifying and securing client and prospective client base through meetings and closing new business.
-Individual must be driven and self-motivated, energetic and have a desire to impact growth.
-Proven track record of obtaining revenue goals
-Must have the highest organizational skills and be totally self-sustained in order to effectively work remotely when needed
- Must have experience cold calling and developing the market

Duties are not limited to the following tasks:

-Establishing selling strategy and tactics that result in new accounts and business generation.
-Producing ongoing development of sales strategies and deploy creative methods that drive meetings/activities leading to sales opportunities and be able to close on the prospective business.
-Analyzing prospective customers' needs and meet those needs via proposals, negotiations and business contracts
-Updating sales business plans on a regular basis to optimize your sales results

-Showing continual professional development in industry, sale
