David Roberts Food Corporation has an excellent career opportunity for a Quality Control Technician.
Requirements: Must have completed Post secondary Training course within Food Safety and Quality Systems including HACCP certification. Candidate must be able to over see GMP’s and Hygiene practices of staff of 30-40. Candidate must verify sanitation activities and environmental swabbing program, verify all procedures and documentation.
They will be involved in auditing QA programs, also involved in implementing SQF. The candidate must also enforce government regulatory, quality and environmental standards. Strong written and oral communication is a must. The candidate must be a problem solver.
- Food Safety knowledge
- HACCP training course
- Understanding of GMP/hygiene
- Continually monitoring product flow
- Including Raw materials, in process materials, finished goods
- Control of non-compliant products
- Excellent command of English
- Professional appearance
Experience: Minimal (Recent Grad)
Work Conditions: Fast paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills.
