Dataforge is a computer-consulting firm in Burlington, Ontario. We have been in business since 1996. Our primary focus is on service, projects and consulting using a variety of technologies and vendors Dataforge is in the process of expanding and is looking for a quality helpdesk support person for remote support and system configurations.

Duties will include:
-supporting users remotely via phone and vpn
-supporting mobile devices - iPhones with Exchange, Blackberrys with BES
-Imaging / inventory /deployment of workstations and new users
-setup of new domain users / archive files and mail of old domain users
-Working knowledge of windows server including exchanges, group policy, dhcp, dns, etc
-Working knowledge of Linux – Samba domain controllers, dhcp, bind(dns), sendmail, etc
-Working knowledge of VMware – creating, editing virtual machine
