Fast pace with very short deadline times.
Machine Operator (Former Employee), Horse Cave, KYApril 9, 2014
Pros: pay scale
Cons: short staffed
High pace foam cup production company. Management was under trained but willing to pitch in. Co-workers were easy to get along with as long as machines stayed running. Hardest part of the job was keeping up with the ever changing rules and policies. Most enjoyable was the pay of course and benefits.

Good place
Back Up Production Clerk/Inspector Packer (Former Employee), Leola, PAFebruary 11, 2014
Pros: work is work.
Cons: bad communication between workers and management
Its a good place to work. Like with all work places, theres favoritism, snitching and sucking up. You go to work and mind your business and hope not to get into trouble.

WORST DECISION TO WORK HERE, BEST DESCION TO HAVE LEFT!
will not say (Former Employee), Mason, MIFebruary 7, 2014
Pros: regular employees are great.
Cons: management/supervisors really bad, horrible pay (expect to get a 2nd job)
this says it all about the management/supervisors for the department, maybe other departments are better.

• arrogant, shows off at any opportunity and is in constant need of boosting his or her ego
• takes on no accountability and often hides behind others
• believes he knows how others should do their job, who can't trust people to just get on with – more... their job and instead and micro-manages everything they do
• been promoted beyond his or her capabilities, has no clue how to do the job and has lost all respect of subordinates and co-workers
• unable to communicate anything effectively, be it the corporate strategy or individual performance feedback
• takes credit for other people's work or ideas and passes it off as his own (especially to his or her boss)
• can't say anything positive and instead turns everything into doom-and-gloom
• doesn't care about the people who work for him/her and is not interested in helping, coaching and developing anyone else but them self
•quick to critisize mistakes others make and is unable to provide constructive feedback
• micro-manager!!!!
• has favorites
• It's getting harder for you to wake up in the morning
• every thing is a secret and is need to know basis
• manager gives other employee's that don't even work for her/him hard time
• etc. the list goes on, you get the idea

Other Info
• HR is useless and will take management side always
• if you can work around all that and the low pay (expect to get a 2nd job), the regular employees are great.
• Pay is not fair, newer employees getting paid higher wages then current employees who been there awhile. – less

Accounts Receivable and Overpayemtn Research
Accounts Receivable Specialist (Former Employee), Lake Forest, ILFebruary 4, 2014
Pros: great location
Cons: no work, watch tv all day, new dart employees clueless and understaffed

Interesting jobs to work on, "big family" environment
Designer (Current Employee), Mason, MIJanuary 22, 2014
Doing the designing is fun, finding out what people need is enjoyable, working out a plan for them is exciting.

The cultural feel of the company is one of community and inclusion.

The company provides healthy opportunities such as the walking path, more healthy choices in the vending areas, free health screenings, and an upcoming fitness center.

Solid place to work with upward mobility
Compensation Analyst (Current Employee), Mason, MIDecember 3, 2013
Great company culture with many opportunities. Dart manufactures a broad range of quality single-use products for the foodservice, retail, and food packaging industries, and is the world's largest manufacturer of foam cups. In order to ensure that we provide our customers with consistent product quality and a dependable source of supply, Dart manufactures – more... most of its own production equipment and raw materials. We then turn those raw materials into finished products and use Dart trucks to deliver them to points "across the globe." – less
