As an Outsourced Service Provider Head2Head is currently managing the Recruitment Process for its client in the Manufacturing industry.

Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative


Responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional customer experience (from the time of the first PO to relationship management). To provide timely and accurate responses to customer requirements related to price and delivery, expediting, shipping, invoicing, debits and credits. Support the Customer Service Supervisor/Direct Account Manager to grow sales. To assist with Lead Qualification and follow up as needed. Act as a backup to the Direct Account Manager or Distribution Team Leader where necessary. Any other selling duties as deemed appropriate by supervisor.


1. Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
2. Ability to multi-task, do order entry, confirm pricing, quotations and delivery by phone and e-mail.
3. Ensure all Customers receive same-day call back for all enquiries
4. Work with the Production, Engineering Department as part of a team in achieving desired results and respectful to all.
5. Works daily with the shipping department, to make sure the documents required are all in place
6. Shows enthusiasm in learning from others
7. Moderate technical competence in order to gain Intermediate product knowledge: Ability to recognize part numbers, have a basic understanding of the processes and lead times required to produce the product, understand the features and benefits of the product and be able to make product recommendations.
8. Can foster and maintain co-operative relationships with external contacts, customers and various staff throughout the company.
9. Competent in using software packages that include spreadsheets and word processing.
10. Worked in a Manufacturing environment will be an added asset


As an Outsourced Service Provider Head2Head is currently managing the Recruitment Process for its client in the Manufacturing industry.

The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service/Direct Account Supervisor.


  • Quote on price & delivery for customers.
  • Perform duties relating to daily production meetings, including reporting of Customer Service Metrics and late order recording
  • Document and submit customer feedback to Darcor to improve service and design.
  • Order entry into business system including complete information regarding production, packaging and shipping.
  • Consult engineering on special customer requirements, Bills of Materials and follow up with the customer on these requirements.
  • Where necessary, expedite customer orders through all stages of production
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and requirements, providing related information to administration and support to outside sales
  • Monitor overdue sales orders, coordinate activities with shipping to ensure on time delivery commitments. Arrange shipping and invoicing documentation for customer orders
  • Process all returned goods authorizations, credits and debits.
  • Alert Regional Managers of current customers in their areas identified as requiring additional assistance from follow up calls.
  • Daily management of backlog report and preparation of shipping report
  • Provide assistance/reception to office visitors as needed
  • Perform other duties as required
