Danier Leather, Inc. (Danier) is a Canada-based company engaged in the leather apparel business. As a vertically integrated designer, manufacturer and retailer, Danier is able to offer its customers leather clothing and accessories. The Company’s products are sold at its 91 shopping mall stores, street-front stores and large format power centre – more... locations in Canada and through its corporate sales division. Danier’s products are also available at Festival City Mall in Dubai. During the fiscal year ended June 28, 2008 (fiscal 2008), outerwear represented approximately 63% of Danier’s total sales and sportswear represented another 15% of Danier’s total sales. Accessory sales represented 22% of total Company revenues in fiscal 2008.
