Licensed Damage Insurance Assistant
Damage Insurance Brokerage - Montréal, QC

To be first point of contact for customers and address inquiries and quotations in a proactive and professional manner. To provide administration services to all internal systems with insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for providing services to customers via telephone, fax or email.
·      Handle the renewal, modification and finalize the contract of the insurance contract
·      Communicate with underwriters and internal staffs for specific cases.

Skills and Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience in the similar field or position
·       Excellent customer service skills.
·       Good data entry and PC skills (Word & Excel).
·       Strong organizational skills and work well in fast paced Team environment.
·       Excellent oral and written communication skills
