Part Time Financial Administrator

The Financial Administrator reports to the Treasurer of the DCA and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures and preparing and monitoring the payroll system. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that the DCA finances are accurate and up to date, that staff are paid in a timely and appropriate manner, that payments by members, customers and clients of the DCA are collected promptly, and that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits.
At all times, the Financial Administrator will ensure the confidentiality and security of all DCA financial and employee files
The job of the DCA Financial Administrator involves the following responsibilities.
1. Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions
2. Complete payroll functions
3. Provide financial administrative support
4. Governmental financial compliance
5. Perform other related duties as required
