As part of our team you will be responsible to provede quality property management services to both owners and tenants in a timely efficient manner.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
*Marketing & Contracting your Services to Prospective Owners
*Showing of Rental Properties to Prospective Tenants
*Negotiating, Leasing or Offering to Lease Properties to Prospective Tenants
*Completing Application for Tenancy
*Reviewing and Approving or Rejecting Prospective Tenants
*Completing Residential Tenancy Agreements
*Condition Reports for Move In & Move Outs
*Collection of Security Deposits and Rents/Overdue Rents
*Checks on Rental Properties
*Answering Tenant/Owner Calls & Dealing with Issues as They Arise or Occur
*Liasing with Administrative staff to Ensure Smooth Operation
*Ensuring Keys are Duplicated with a Copy for the Office
*Taking Photos of Rental Units as Needed for Repair, Advertising or Condition
*Sign Placement and Removal
You must be thoroughly familiar with the "Code of Ethics" and Standard Business Practice of the Real Estate Board, the Real Estate Council of Alberta, the Provincial Real Estate Act and Regulations, the Residental Tenancy Act, the Condominium Act, the Consumer Service Guidelines.
It is your responsibility to keep the Broker informed of any issues which may impact DMG Asset Management and Realty Ltd.
