Job Description: As a Mortgage Specialist you are responsible for lead generation and sales prospecting. You will gather sales intelligence to build and maintain databases and provide customer-focused mortgage solutions and advice. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and remain mobile to accommodate clients' preferences.
Proven application of business acquisition mindset
Ability to self-manage and work without constant supervision is a requirement
A minimum of 1 year work experience in banking industry is an asset
Knowledge of mortgage products and various lender risk management (underwriting) guidelines is a definite asset
A developed network, an existing network of referrals & centres of influence is an asset
Mortgage Agent course (FSCO, RMAC)
