this is my first warehouse job and its pretty cool, i like the management and co-worker i just wish there was more hours

I showed up at 2:00am my shift started at 2:30 all of my coworkers were there on time. There was one hard point at DHL and making sure all mail made it to the dock when it was supposed to be there with us all being so busy

I have always worked in the office. I master as well computers.

DHL is a poor company to work for that does not follow health and safety and due to it using an agency like blue arrow if you spoke out you was sacked and not needed anymore

when u get to work you got to wait to see what the volume of work is, if high u get ur ppt do ur checks and then get straight in to work because we are busy.
iv learned how to pick more in shorter time.
mangement is ok can be good but get bad days aswell.
nothing is hard here.

Great international company. Learned alot of different aspects of the business

Start Every at 5am check on the truck the wheels oils levels and is in good condition to operate. I check the route the dispatcher assigned me to organize the order of stops, then loaded the truck and checked all cargo is in good condition. then start to give each of the packages in the correct directions, then pick the packets have to take wing basis – more... for processing.
Upon returning to the base you have to fill out the paperwork for delivery to the office – less

a typical day at work is team meet and then going and pick all the order that need picking and make sure the 100% right

I started work at 6.00am _2.00am I allocated the jobs for the section before operating either the cardboard or the paper bailer I also completed any paperwork for the transfer or collection of waste material the hardest part of the job was trying to help other people on the section while trying to do my job the most enjoyable part of the job was the – more... teamwork and friendships – less

working with over 1100 employees and 200 managers. Delivering guidance & coaching. Attending disciplinary's appeals, grievances, Investigations etc. Working with all different departments, dislike having to dismiss employees

in general ok to work for meeting different people from residential to business

Recieving stock from other transport companies, sorting in to deliveries and delivering to local companies using battery powered
lorrys to bristol and bath town centres.
I enjoy working in a small team where all staff ' muck' in to complete the tasks to give customer satisfaction.
Manual handling of stock is exausting.

I liked my job at DHL. It was a new company at the time with 30 trucks. Delaware was so far from the terminal that there was just not enough time during the day to get the job done before needing to get back with the drop offs. It wasn't DHL's fault. unique place to work, a good experience, good opportunities for growth

Setting up equipment for picking and dispatching clothes for a store. I learned to have a target to pick to and be able to work as part of a team or alone. Management was fair. Co-workers were friends and good to work with. The hardest part of the job was getting up at 4.30am and the most enjoyable part was getting orders out on time.

Typical day at work...started at 6.30 and finished 14.30.
I learned many thinks for example driving PPT and LLOP experience with a PC.
Managment was friendly

Overall it's a nice place to work. Job isn't hard and the targets are easy to achieve. What are really bad about this place is its iteam leaders. its a way to many of them and they seem to score points for giveing counselling's for basicly everything. Example: my mate tripped on uneaven floor he reported it, and got counselled. Another thing is figures – more... thats all that counts. No matter that stock they send is in terrible condition and people who riceive it will have to send it back(and never buy from them as well). there is a lot more but its not my problem anymore hope it will help in anyway... – less

This was also a great work environment, I hated when they moved out of my travel area.
