DDB Canada is looking to for a true administration guru to join our team. Perks include a challenging and fun office environment, a great team, and an unlimited supply of hot dogs.

This Receptionist/Office Coordinator position is a master of all trades role and a key support for the entire agency. You will be responsible for managing the flow of a bustling reception area, as well as provide support for all things office related (from mailroom, assisting with staff/client meetings, to managing supplies). This unique position will partner with the Operations Manager to manage awards show submissions (collecting assets and data management), and will provide administration support as required.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced business environment and must be professional, friendly, organized and have excellent communication skills. 2-5 years office experience and advanced computer skills (Word/Excel/Keynote) is preferred. You will love that no day is the same, enjoy wearing all the different hats, and getting things done on time and accurately.
