We are currently seeking a bright, outgoing and hardworking individual to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will understand the value of teamwork and the importance of providing our clients with exceptional customer service, as well as creating a positive first impression.

Job Description:

  • Reception-Properly accommodate all incoming phone calls and walk in visitors.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable-Pay all invoices once received. Perform weekly cheque run. Bill all clients for work completed. Track and follow up with clients regarding late payments.
  • Payroll-Processing bi-weekly payroll for a small group of employees.
  • Expense Reports-Completing all expense reports within the company.
  • Bookkeeping-Maintaining Bank Ledger by keeping all transactions up to date.
  • General office duties upon request
  • General cleaning duties upon request.
  • Occasional shop help upon request.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a bookkeeping position
  • Minimum 1 year experience performing general office duties
  • High School Diploma or GED
