Establishing training programs for sales representatives of the distributors "Aptec & Silicon21"; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding sales team; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Analyzing sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements whilst monitoring the preferences of customers.
Coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Supporting the overall assigned customer base to increase revenue and exceed customer's expectations.
Working closely with the Pre-Sales Engineers, product managers and Inside Sales Representative to ensure objectives are being met.
Avid knowledge of competitive set.
Visiting existing and potential ISP's, system integrators to address customer needs, identify requirements & key contacts, deliver sales presentations and develop business relationships
