We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer for our client in St. John, NB Canada

JOB TITLE: Desktop Support Engineer

JOB LOCATION: St. John, NB Canada

TERM: 6 Months

Moving between Stores/Desk Locations
Replace/Remove/Add the Machine
Break-fix deployment issues
Sharing the daily/weekly/monthly report with Onsite Coordinator
Install Applications as part of Task Sequence
Review Deployment Success / Failure with Onsite Coordinator
Report deployment issues
Capture issues and update the resolution to the Onsite Coordinator to update in knowledgebase
Should be up to Level 100 in the below technologies:
Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
System Center Configuration Manager
WAIK Tools
Knowledge on configuring the printers and functionality & features of Windows 7/8
Knowledge on New, Refresh and Replace deployment methodologies.
Knowledge on troubleshooting USMT capture or Restore issues.
