Pros: none. dangerous company.
Cons: scam shell company exists only to gather credit report information.
Don't give these people a bit of your information.
They're known spammers, will email and call you relentlessly, and their "unsubscribe" links are all conveniently broken.
They are owned by Experian, a really lousy credit reporting agency. Whatever information you submit to CyberCoders - email, work phone, job history - goes directly into your credit – more... file.
Your search for work becomes a red flag in your credit file, even if you have a job.
Experian is really just using CyberCoders to gather more information for creditors, to enhance their credit reporting company.
Once you give them your information, they'll never let you go. Research them on the internet, even Google's gmail lists them as spammers. Google Voice blocks their phone numbers automatically as spammers.
Do not give information to this "company."
You'll regret it forever. I do. – less
