Extremely high turnover - Senior/Management positions included, in a short period our HR Manager, Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, Accounting Manager, Account Manager, Buyer, in addition to many others are no longer with the company.
Constant misuse of employees – more... - When one leaves their tasks go to another. Rather than hiring a skilled replacement, it will be others and even yourself doing tasks outside of your job description to compensate.
Low company morale - Constant negativity from employees daily, both inside and outside of work.
Micro-management - Run by two owners, basic tasks require approval.
Low budget working environment - See building, enough said.
False hope of future opportunities - Manager discussed increased pay during annual review and opportunities in other departments. I was dismissed without cause/any reason 1 month prior to my annual review, if they can save a few bucks do NOT be surprised if it's you.
Advice to Management:
Invest in your employees for long term growth, the constant turnover will continue to disrupt business and turn off potential job seekers. – less
