bad management
customer service (Former Employee), niagara fallsApril 28, 2014
Pros: great peers, great hours
Cons: bad management, no accountability and no quality assurance
They have huge turn over and know how to play the system. Put you on contract for 3 months then extend the contract, no benefits paid. Then they don't like the answers given in an exit interview and tell you to leave right away. My personal metrics were better than most there and it made no difference. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

high turnover...don't waster your time
buyer (Former Employee), Niagara FallsJuly 22, 2013
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: very high turnover
This place advertises positions constantly like a call centre would. They are not a large company so one would think the turnover wouldn't be so high. Discussed this company with an employment agency when I was looking for work and was told not to waste my time. Their interview process is very lengthy and in spanned out stages and sometimes never completed – more... at all. Staff is friendly enough but overall not a great place to work. – less

Not a good place to work for.
Assistant (Former Employee), Nigara Falls, ONJune 28, 2013
Pros: good co-workers
Cons: long hours, mad management, high turn over
I worked here for a short period of time. I was an assistant. The way this company works is with a family at the top and employees below. They do claim to have 100+ employees. They do not, at most it has 50 employees. This company sets a person up to fail. Due to the high turn around and why you see jobs posted all the time. It looks good on paper but – more... on the inside it is many people mainly the managing directors throwing people under the bus to ensure they look good. People do not stay longer then 6months to a year due to the work ethic. It's unfortunate because there are some great people who are stuck in a bad environment and could thrive and be appericated for the hard work they do. – less

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee), Niagara Falls, ONAugust 22, 2013
Pros: team events, benefits, bbqs, product discounts, fitness incentives, educational reimbursement and great work/life balance
This is a great place to learn and grow your skills. There are plenty of opportunities for training, development and promotions. It is a fast paced company with high workloads but a year there is like 3 years of experience anywhere else.
Previous negative comments would have came from poor performers as this company is focused on performance- only the – more... strong survive! There's no hiding weak performance because everyone is so intellegent and gets things done.
I'm not sure where one person got their data that there are only 50 employees because there are definately over 100 employees split amongst two buildings. – less

Order Puller (Former Employee), Compton, CAJanuary 22, 2013
Pros: benefits, co-workers, bonuses, holiday gatherings
Cons: very strict managers, healthcare, short breaks
a typical work day consists of a lot of production from order pulling, to assembly, and packaging. all the way to shipping. I learned a lot from this job i became very valuable while i was there because i liked what i was doing. Management handled their task just as it needed to, as far as people skills the main manager should lighten up. Makes it very – more... stressful to work with.
The hardest part of the job was learning any new task, but like everything else once you get the hang of it, its easy. I enjoyed working with power tools and having to work with car parts. – less
