Dealing with client on a face to face basis was a plus
Facility Technician (Former Employee) –  San Jose, CASeptember 10, 2013
Duties varies: Daily morning and afternoon routine was the set ups and ongoing coordination of conference rooms, to daily site to site moves. Maintain the site to the scope of my abilities, communicate with management on certain clients request. Communicate with co-workers when assistance was needed. Was not been able to comply with all of the client's request, (regulations). Being able to assist the client in all aspect of the request was what made my day, knowing I left my complete and the client happy.

Especially with the merger with DTZ, now one of the "big 3" in the field! Very good people and opportunities. I would definitely recommend.

Senior Brokerage Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Irvine, CANovember 18, 2015
The managers need to provide more direction as well as structure for their respective departments. Pay is extremely low for the industry, and there is almost no room for growth.

Office at The Pearl
Marketing Coordinator (Current Employee) –  San Antonio, TXOctober 3, 2015
It's a quiet environment. The office at the Pearl is nice. My co-workers are nice and everyone works really hard. Commercial brokers are independent contractors so it's not really a team environment. I like the work but am seeking something more challenging.
Pros
Nice Office
Cons
Traffic

India - Senior Project Engineer (MEP Manager) (Former Employee) –  MumbaiNovember 15, 2014
Definitely could offer you an exciting career, by the virtue of project management field it operates in. Lot of opportunities to learn as an individual.

Management really needs to realize the flaws and work on basics.

Great job! Nice place to work. Little job advancement. Work is tedious, but people are really nice. Good benefits. Good culture, but elitist.

Many years at this form were excellent growth and personal achievement opportunities. Change in ownership and in management had a negative impact on the culture.

Office Manager (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 11, 2013
The best part about the positions at Cushman and Wakefield is the site where I work. My direct managers are great. The salaries are not competitive so this company has an aggressive turn over rate.
The hardest part of the job is gettting your pay check other than that it is a great place beyond this.
Pros
great managers.
Cons
benefits and salaries.

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  San DiegoFebruary 7, 2014
I really liked working for this company. I was not impressed with the way Human Resources and the Property Management department were handled. If an employee has a serious harassment issue, HR does not do anything at all to defuse this problem.
