We are currently seeking a seasoned, self-motivated Sales Coordinator that is committed with a “can do” attitude to join our team. Our company is recognized as developing consumer electronics and small kitchen appliances with competitive price points. This position will be responsible for supporting the growth of the organization’s key account business by utilizing data from external and internal sources to enhance customer communications and make recommendations to management.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Analyzing Current and Historical Sales Trends and Inventory Turns for Management to use in Forecasting and Business Plan generation
Heavy analysis of sales data coming from Distributors and Retail Partners
Shares information with external customers resulting in better communications with store management and enhanced sales for the organization.
Provides Retail Link backup to the sales manager as required.
Prepares weekly sales analysis Business at a Glance overview.
Conducts comprehensive mid-year and end-year reviews, prepare weekly and monthly scorecards, inventory control reports, and Top Achiever reports for designated key external customers (Wal-Mart, Amazon, etc…).
Conducts business reviews with internal management (Area Sales Managers).
Assists with special projects/assignments as required from Key Account team, Sales and Marketing.
Additional administrative tasks as necessary
Desired Skills & Experience
High School diploma or General Education degree (GED), college degree preferred.
3 or more years Retail Link experience and/or sales and trend analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Key Account background is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Retail Link software and Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
