If you are customer service oriented, CRS focus is to service our customers first. This is probably the most important thing I have learned over the years.
The hardest part of the job would be the long hours, but hard work does not go unnoticed with CRS.
For me, the most enjoyable part of my job is the people, whether it be our customers, or co-workers.
