Responsibilities - Maintain and prepare reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
- Sort, process and verify invoices, applications and other documents
- Send and receive messages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare bank deposits
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Qualifications - Completion of high school or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years experience
- Speak, read and write English
- Proficient use of Windows, General office equipment, Internet browsers, Accounting software and Word processing documents
