  • Maintain and prepare reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
  • Sort, process and verify invoices, applications and other documents
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing


  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years experience
  • Speak, read and write English
  • Proficient use of Windows, General office equipment, Internet browsers, Accounting software and Word processing documents
