Crosstown Civic CU currently operates a network including our Corporate Offices, 8 Winnipeg branch locations (presently open Monday to Friday), a Commercial Services department and our virtual division, AcceleRate Financial.

We are seeking effective team players with a strong member service focus, a high level of work accuracy and an ability to offer products and services to assist members in meeting their financial goals.

The Member Service Representative I (MSR I) is the first and primary point of contact for existing and prospective members of Crosstown Civic, and is responsible for executing a variety of member transaction requests and providing assistance and advice on products and services.

The Member Service Representative II (MSR II) is responsible for executing a variety of member transactions including day to day transactions, handling financial inquiries and/or issues, opening and closing memberships, assisting members with Estate Account administration, maintaining and balancing treasury, and cross selling Term Deposits, Registered Retirement Savings Plans, Registered Retirement Income Funds and Tax Free Savings Accounts. The MSR II will support the MSRs in accurate and efficient handling transaction handling and administrative duties and identifying sales and referral opportunities and promoting products.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and listening skills, a high degree of accuracy in all areas of responsibility, and a willingness and ability to cross sell products and services. Experience working with GIC, RRSP, RRIF and TFSA would be considered assets. . For MSR II’s, the completion of the MSR II Program is also required

Salary will be based on qualifications and experience and includes a comprehensive Benefit Package and a generous Bonus Incentive Program.
