We are seeking an individual to fill a bookkeeper assistant position. This individual will be a liaison with both the company accountant and to the owners of the company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Progress billing
- Entry and submission of time sheets to payroll company
- Bank deposits
- GST Remittance payments
- Assisting in year end duties with accountant
- Account reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Prepare journal entries
- Data entry
- Accounts payable
- Assist in preparation of month end financial statements
- Assist in running reports to maintain budget compliance
