A well established 12 year old photography company is looking for a full time office / social media manager.

Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written skills including experience with copywriting and editing
Strong initiative, time management, and project management skills
Highly organized, focused with strong attention to detail
Possess strong customer service skills
Fluent in English
Familiarity with Punjabi / Hindi language an asset
Have strong work ethics, must be able to prioritize
Possess computer skills ms excel, ms word, ms project, outlook
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
Good knowledge of principles of SEO
Keeping office tidy, functional and presenting a professional face to clients and affiliates.

Responsibilities :

Will be professional and polite when dealing with clients; from initial meeting to delivery of final print products.
Managing project timelines from initial order through to delivery or pickup of finished products.
Brings leads into office, conduct meetings, email quotations, follow up, schedule photo shoots etc.
Develop and implement social media strategies
Maintains relationships with old and new clients
Through training and experience the candidate will develop a firm grasp on the overall workflow from the beginning to the final stages of the entire client order process

Should be available to work some Saturdays
