We are currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual for our Customer Care department in Mississauga. You will answer inbound calls from customers and our sales reps, process orders by phone, fax, and email, respond to inquiries and provide information to fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to work in fast-paced environment you will have proven customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills along with 2 - 5 years related experience is a definate asset.
