Sources product and pricing for current and future menus.
Purchasing of all food items.
Receives deliveries, ensuring quality and proper rotation.
Monthly inventory of all food items.
Ensures food costs are in line with budget.
Creates new menu’s with costing.
Creates theme events.
Meets with guests and designs menus for special functions.
Increases presentation and quality of food.
Ensures laundry is properly stocked.
Ensures hygiene standards are followed at all times.
