The ideal candidate for this full-time position must be in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada and must have 2 - 5 years of Canadian post-call civil litigation experience. The position will afford an opportunity for first chair responsibility in handling major property insurance subrogation claims and litigation, as well as in providing assistance in discoveries and trials for larger, complex cases.
