My work days were always very busy which was great for me because I like to be occupied and have full days of work. I learned many useful skills, particularly when I was the interim manager such as, budgeting, ordering, monitoring inventory, training, holding meetings and more. The members of management I worked with were very supportive and agreeable. What I found to be most challenging was managing the employees, it is difficult to ensure the work is done correctly and completely when there is not always a manager or responsible person present.
