Relaxed environment if you don't care about getting things done
Microservices Lead Developer (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GA22 February 2018
If you do care about getting things done, you will not be provided with coworkers that are good at what they do. And if by any chance you find someone that is really good to work with (Technical roles like developer/architect) they will be leaving the company soon.
Pros
relaxed
Cons
bad management or lack of management

AUDIT SUPPORT ASSISTANT (Current Employee) –  Conshohoken PA5 February 2018
This is a good company for entry into the healthcare payment accuracy industry, but career growth is a slow process. The company does not recognize or realize the scope of the talent of its employees.

Director - PCA Delivery (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GA5 February 2018
This company provides lots of opportunities for advancement. The culture is extremely fast-paste and demands lots of your time. The product offering is vastly superior to any other in the same space. The company is constantly looking for a better more efficient way of doing business. A great company to work for...

a cut throat landscape
Document Management Specialist (Current Employee) –  Conshohocken, PA1 February 2018
It is a very cut throat company and very stressful , with little room for advancement unless you have connections in the company . Training is a bare minimum thing but you are expected to know the job .You can temp here for yrs and never get hired that would hire a person off the street before they hire you .
Pros
introduction into medical records
Cons
no advancement and cut throat

Good place to work if you enjoy analyzing data. A typical work day includes you sitting behind a computer for most of the day and going through various reports finding over payments.

Say no to the quality team
Quality specialist (Former Employee) –  Conshohocken, PA2 January 2018
I think the overall company is great and there are opportunities to grow. The team that I was on is managed by a man who is rude and gossips about everyone. He brings the team down as he acts like a an immature teenager. Do NOT accept a position on the quality team.
Pros
Everything else but this manager
Cons
Manager of quality

Do not even think twice
Sr audit assistant (Former Employee) –  Conshohocken, PA12 December 2017
Once a great place to work at is now horrible. Treat employees like robots. HR is only for management instead of making sure there is a happy medium between employees and management. You can work twice as hard and will still train a new employee who will become your boss before you even get a thank you.
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Discrimination in every way you can think of

I loved my job and thought the company provided generous conversation and a great working environment. They did not micro-manage. Benefits were standard.

Good pay, boring work
Payment Accuracy Specialist (Current Employee) –  Conshohocken, PA26 November 2017
Considering the relaxed nature of the office, the pay is pretty decent. Very good benefits as well. Advancement can be frustrating. The work tends to be quite boring and mundane. The Executives and their immediate underlings need to improve their communication.

I often feel like a small cog is a large machine. If you're looking for decent pay, good benefits and nothing more, than this is a great place to work. If you want to love what you do, or wish to make a meaningful difference, then I suggest you look elsewhere.
Pros
Pay, benefits, hours
Cons
Advancement, morale
