Purpose and Scope:

The Regulatory Compliance Assistant will be responsible for activities which ensure all appropriate regulatory documentation is collected, prepared and stored as per company requirements.

Responsibilities:

*Prepare ingredient listing for internal and external clients as requested.
*Assist in the review ingredient listing for artwork and ensure its compliance to regulatory labeling guidelines and requirements.
*Assist in the preparation of Manufacturing Certificate, GMP certificate, Certificate of Free Sale & BSE/TSE Certificate and other related documents as requested by the client for product registration in different countries.
*Assist in the preparation of Cosmetic Notification Forms for products distributed in Canada on behalf of clients.
*Prepare Product Specifications and MSDS for manufactured bulk.
*Assist the Regulatory Compliance Advisor with on-going compliance to regulatory requirements and standards by effective monitoring of amendments to regulatory guidelines on regulations across US, Canada, EU, and Japan.
*Manage and ensure maintenance of a positive and productive liaison with internal and external contacts including regulatory agencies, clients and suppliers.
*Participate in and support project teams and advise other departments on regulatory issues and compliance.
*Effectively prioritize and complete multiple projects within established timelines.
*Attend to general office duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Strong computer skills.
*Self-motivated, team player, and ability to multi-task.
*Must be detail oriented.
*Strong planning and organization skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Bachelor of Science preferably in Chemistry or related field.
*One to two year’s experience in the regulatory affairs field would be beneficial.
