- Responding and managing requests of retailers via phone and email
- Answering customer support calls and emails
- Providing additional administrative and customer service support in the front office when required

- Undergraduate Degree
- Background in Sales and/or Marketing
- Excellent customer relation skills.
- Strong initiative, time management, organization skills
- Problem solver with a creative mind; not afraid to step outside the box.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite and design software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
- B2B communication, Ecommerce experience and basic HTML knowledge are considered great assets for this position.
