Our client is looking for an energetic customer service lead with a technical background, key points for consideration are:

  • Exceptional customer service *this is by far the most important requirement
  • Strong phone support skills
  • Needs to be a team player, socially confident and comfortable
  • Technical skills – Active Directory, Citrix, Windows 7, MS Office, blackberry and iOS device support experience are assets
  • Bilingual (French)
  • Strong documentation skills
