We are looking for an Energetic and Career Driven Individual a Permanent role as a Field Services Technician in Edmonton.
Provide repair and service support in customer’s location, working with low to mid-range office products (Printers) in a break/fix mode and preventative maintenance mode.
24/7 on call (weekly rotation)
Travel to client sites (Vehicle provided after probationary period)
Use Remote Access tools to resolve client issues
Break/Fix and maintenance PC, Printers & Laptops
Range of maintenance on assigned products including repair, on-site troubleshooting, installation, removal, retrofit, and preventive maintenance activities
Take responsibility of customer satisfaction by providing timely and courteous service with minimal support from other personnel.
Observe all service call procedures including preliminary notification to the customer of call receipt with established time of arrival (ETA) whenever possible.
Participate as a full member is a service workgroup and contribute to the group’s productivity.
Keep service management informed of potential customer issues if unable to resolve

Two (2) or more years of related field experience as a technician
Background check will be required before start date
Industry certifications such as A+, N+, PDI+ are will be an asset
Must have thorough knowledge of Printer Hardware repair
Must be familiar with all components of Laptops, Desktops, able to replace peripheral components and perform upgrades
Must be willing to take any additional certifications focused on career progression
