Our very well known client in the heavy industrial industry is on the search for a C.I.P Professional to drive their team in continuous improvement of the facility close to London, ON.
Facilitate, Coach and Support on local projects
Support facility Control & Instrumentation Engineers on prioritizing and best practice approaches
Training and updating of company production systems
Monitor and coach on progress initiatives and plans
Implement and maintain company training academy
Drive and support benchmarking on production development and improvements
Define best practices and guide alignment of major processes
Other duties as assigned by Management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong Lean Manufacturing Principles including 5S, TPS, 7 Wastes, Six Sigma, Kan Ban, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
Strong communication and visualization skills with the ability to inspire others
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and act as a self-starter
Structured in daily work and follow up on tasks
Dynamic and Goal oriented with focus on processes and approaches
Experience in a Heavy Industrial or Mining Operation will be an asset.
