The following is the job description and expectations regarding the above noted position.
- The role of Assistant to the President and General Manager is an hourly part time position. The position requires 16 hours a week or 2 days at the company location (#14, 314 Exploration Ave S.E.).
- The position will provide support to the General Manager and President in but not limited to the following tasks:
o Assistant to the President Roles:
Digitizing field time tickets
Preparing payables for signatures
Separating equipment maintenance invoices for our Maintenance documentation binders
Business Development planning (CLRA Events, AIA sponsorships, Marketing materials; website updates)
Monthly Equipment Availabilities notices
Current Client/contact list updates
Preparing paperwork for our weekly accountant
o Assistant to the General Manager Roles:
Transportation Regulatory Compliance
Safety Program Maintenance and Compliance
Client Relations: post project follow up and feedback
Human resources: search and qualification
