All around great company.
Fork Lift Operator and Day Stocker (Former Employee), Grants Pass, ORJuly 28, 2014
Pros: forklift driving. great co workers. tons of room for advancement.
Cons: lazy managers.
Great company to work for. Had to leave do to relocation. I was in charge of the candy room by myself. Millions of different kinds of candy that had to be stocked. We used RF guns and a stocking report with mins and maxes. Operated forklift to get product off the racks that needed to be stocked. Worked with lots of hard working individuals. Only down – more... side to working was the management. They were lazy and didn't lead well. – less

Core-mark is a place I would not recommend anybody go to.
Janitorial/Stocker (Former Employee), Tampa, FLMay 16, 2014
The Core-mark company typically was a good place at first glance your co-workers where great and very helpful. Then your upper management didn't care about there workers at all they did there job didn't interact with there lower management employees. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the management. the most enjoyable would be the paydays – more... because you no you worked hard and earned your money. – less

Good if home everyday is something you are looking for
Delivery Driver (Former Employee), Forrest City, ARMay 14, 2014
Pros: home everyday & off on weekends
Cons: you dispatch early & at times are not back until late at night
Co-workers. I made some friends that probably will be apart of life forever. As far as management. They suck big time. Most of management in tranportant hasnt even never drive trucks. So its hard for them to relate to your everyday problems you as a driver faces day in & out. I can say this job has thought me alot about being patience when it comes – more... to dealing with costumers. – less

Management needs another role model
Trans Supervisor (Former Employee), Aurora, COAugust 9, 2013
They under pay office employees. Take advantage of you. Human resources messes up paychecks all the time and they are in no hurry to get your money. upper Ops management needs to go. His president thinks stuff is how it should be in trans and it really isn't. Drivers can't even do accurate logs!!!

INTERESTING WORK WITH EXTREMELY LONG HOURS
NIGHT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (Current Employee), Albuquerque, NMJuly 24, 2013
Pros: good management team with room to move up in the organization
Cons: extremely long hours on a regular basis
THE COMPANY IS A LEADING DISTRIBUTOR OF CONVENIENCE STORE PRODUCTS. I LEAD A SHIPPING GROUP OF APPROXIMATELY 46-49 PEOPLE. WE SHIP TO A 5 STATE AREA ON A DAILY BASIS. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS YOUNG AND FAIRLY AGGRESSIVE. MY PREVIOUS WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WAS RECEIVING AND STORING SO LEARNING THE OUTBOUND SIDE OF DISTRIBUTION HAS BEEN FUN. THE – more... HARDEST PART OF BEING A NIGHT SUPERVISOR IS THAT YOUR DAY STARTS AT 1:00 PM AND MAY END AT 4 OR 5:00 AM THE NEXT DAY. AND THIS MAY HAPPEN MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK. THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF THE WORK IS THE WORK ITSELF. I LOVE WAREHOUSING---ESPECIALLY WITH A LARGER WAREHOUSE (300,000 SQ. FT. OR MORE). – less
