Typical day would be to look at what deliveries would be set out for that day and to see if all orders were fullfilled.
A huge part of our business was to have necessary inventories for the exterior building product customer.
Looking after and ordering proper quantity products to ensure availability for resale crucial.
Co-workers as a team had to work together with the communication to communicate products getting low in quantities as well as looking after the customer, picking and shipping proper products to site and having optimal customer service skills.
This was probably the hardest part, keeping up with inventories, making sure the proper flow of paperwork is smooth, eg billing, confirming in the systems as being shipped and making no shipping errors.
Most enjoyable is at the end of the day all personel pulling together as a team and getting the job done flawlessly.
